Spooktober: The Coastal Overhang (Prologue)

Log Line:
Seeking some solace from his life as a private detective, Frank LeNavigator takes to the coast for some rest and relaxation.  But a chance encounter puts him on a path towards the The Coastal Overhang Hotel.  Will he find the peace he's searching for...?

Declarations:

• I'm the sole creator.
• The Visual Novel interface was designed during the jam, using some old text interface code as a base.
• All the writing was done during the Jam.
• The music is original but most of it was made outside of the Jam.
• The featured characters and their sprites were made during the Jam.  The additional characters are referential carry-overs.
• The background art is cobbled together from a bunch of premade original assets.
